So I was the last to know that you and Sadie were dating back in high school…
now I’m thinking I’m the last to know with this news as well…

Nah, you aren’t even close to the last one. I had planned to call you from Boston—with a screaming baby in the background, preferably—if you didn’t show up around here first. No, I can think of several more people vying for the “last to know” title.
