Lincolnite

Is that part of a sculpture outside of the UNL building that’s a block south of the Lied Center? I am drawing a blank on the name of the place. It seems to me that Lewis and Clark or some native American sculptures are outside there.

I’ll say the foreground is a rock in Broyhill Fountain, the background is a corner of the Union.

That sounds like a better guess than mine.

These are both good guesses, but way off. This is a hard one so I’ll drop a hint in a bit.

It does look like the rocks from Broyhill.  Still, I think we’re looking up at an apartment balcony.  I’m stumped for which ones, esp. since I can’t tell if it’s brick or just brick-colored.

How about Northridge Heights?

It just hit me.  Is this the Legacy Retirement home on 56th & Pioneers?  (has the deer sculpture out front)

of Memorial Stadium?  Outside the Osborne Facility?

at 33rd and O St. where the rose garden was at Woods Park?

Good guesses all, but everyone is still way off. I posted another photo as a hint.

I kind of thought the building looks like the Nebco building, but I don’t know what the stones would be.

Perhaps it’s in Fallbrook.

Is the rock thing a big sundial? I’m getting sundial.

I said that to Mr. T via IM and all he said in return was “LOL”. Take from that what you will.

I, too, immediately thought sundial, but the only one I could think of is at Henry Doorly Zoo. And it’s off by an hour due to daylight savings time, which amuses me for some reason.
