It was the new Kooser Elementary School way out on N. 13th St. on the way to Raymond, Ceresco, etc.. Good going Brian Fitzgerald! This means that if Brian Fitzgerald is the first to correctly guess next week's photo, we will get him a pogocard.

Is that out at the new Arnold Elementary?
Drat. I knew I’d have no chance at the PoGo card.
I don’t believe that is Arnold. The north entrance only has 1 bike rack and I can’t remember the south with any, but I could be wrong.
I’m going to wager a guess that it’s a middle or highschool that is closer to housing than not, as they would need that many racks for those biking in. Not many elementary school kids bike.
I’ll throw in Schoo Middle School, but I don’t think that is correct either.
I haven’t been up to Kooser yet, but I’ll throw that one in. Looks like it is somewhere without much development yet.
