Where in Lincoln is this?

It was indeed the VA grounds out in east Lincoln on 70th Street, which is a very nice place for a walk in the fall.
This means that if Dave K is the first to correctly identify next week's photo, we will get him a pogocard.

That looks like the VA hospital grounds, but I’m usually wrong on these things even when I think I’m right.

Yeah, that’s the VA hospital grounds. I used to live right behind them when I was a kid. I wish I’d logged on earlier! :D
