It was exactly W South Street and SW 12th. The fact that there were no sidewalks, of course, being a significant clue (a notoriously well-known complaint among many dwellers of that area). This means that if the West A dude is the first to correctly guess next week's photo, we will get him a pogocard.
Although I have a sneaking suspicion that the Nikkidemas may be lying in wait, like a crazed demon warrior, to seek her vengeance against the West A for all those times you denied her the card of pogo. We shall see...

West South Street at about Southwest 13 or 14th.
Southwest 12th most likely on the left.
