Where in Lincoln is this?

image image EDIT: This was a hard one. It was inside Tandoor Indian Cuisine, the Indian and Bhutanese restaurant on Village Drive in the Williamsburg area. I realized this one was difficult, but I also knew that its a popular restaurant and the little card holder dolls are right near the front door entrance, so I thought there was a chance someone could correctly guess this. Apparently not! The pogo quest shall continue!
