Where in Lincoln is this?

Really surprised that no one could identify the location of this eatery, especially considering that it was discussed by a few of you denizens just a few days ago! It was the El Chaparro on 48th, a bit south of Leighton. Last time I was there, I was surprised to see that they had ceviche tostadas on their menu. Unfortunately, they were out that day! Next time, next time....

I’m surprised nobody has chimed in with a guess yet. Me, I’m having an easier time ruling out possibilities than I am coming up with a good answer. I’m pretty sure it can’t be Mi Guadalajara, for example, and Lina’s and Super Taco don’t feel right.
What the heck, I’ll guess the new D’Leon’s on South Street. That seems way too easy considering you just posted a review, but maybe you’re feeling lazy 😊
