EDIT: It was indeed 17th street and Garfield, in front of Bodhi Imports along the 17th Street Shops store front. Good going Sarah!

Looks like out in front of somewhere that might be having a 15th Anniversary celebration this weekend.
Appears to be right outside Bodhi Imports’ storefront (1645 S 17th St).
Gonna do a little spring cleaning and maybe go to the discount theater to go see
