A couple of good guesses, but unfortunately, no one was able to correctly identify this location. It was the Hartog Athletic Fields over by East High!
The pogocard questing continues. Have a nice weekend all, and enjoy this totally awesome spring weather!

Looks like the NW corner outside Russ’s at 17th & Washington.
NW corner of the building that is.
The new Larson Building - 13th and Q. Plaque is near the southwest corner.
