Where in Lincoln is this?

This one was definitely hard. But, I thought there was a chance someone might get this as its a centrally located establishment that recently had a much-anticipated open: The Banhwich Cafe on North 27th street, specifically the outside seating area. Since no one successfully guessed this one, it means that the quest for the pogo continues.
