It was indeed the new circular bike rack next to the Meadowlark Coffee house on South and 16th St., in the ever-crowded South Street Plaza. Good going George!
This means that if George is the first to correctly guess next week's photo, we will get him a pogocard.

I think it’s 16th and South street, North side.
You’re right. I’m pretty sure this is the top of an awesome new bike rack that resembles a merry-go-round, near Meadowlark Coffee.
It’s between the gas station and the strip mall parking lot with Meadowlark Coffee being on that end of the strip mall
That bank of the west sign (I think that’s the right bank) is a good giveaway.
I wonder who made that bike rack? Pretty cool use of on-hand materials.
