Where in Lincoln is this?

It is indeed Arnold Elementary School, or more specifically, the Williams library branch attached to the school. Unfortunately, the photos I took are way over exposed. It was super bright when I took these photos and didn't do as much adjusting as I should have. In any case, good going Kevin!

Is that the Arnold Heights library and/or Arnold Elementary?
