Where in Lincoln is this?

I'm a bit surprised that this one wasn't solved. It was the garden in front of the Ferguson House on H and 16th Street, otherwise known as the home of the Nebraska Environmental Trust, a stone's throw from the Unicameral.

For some reason that building looks like Reese Hall at Union College….but I can’t place the walkway…so I must be wrong.
