I thought that this might be a real tough one, but apparently not. It is indeed the sitting area next to the east pond at Pioneer's Park. Congratulations Kevin! That looks like it could be the platform at the easternmost pond in Pioneers Park.
You said it…woohoo! Actually, I did think this was a pretty tough one. Two benches in front of some railing. It would have to be something nice to look at, but that the city doesn’t want you playing around in. Water fit the bill. Also those benches look like they’ve been there a while, so that ruled out any new development. Good one!
