UPDATE: We'll call this one a tie between beerorkid and JT! Technically beerorkid didn't come right out and identify the location -- the northeast corner of Wells Fargo Center downtown -- but considering what sits across the street his answer was perfectly appropriate. JT, on the other hand, gets credit for the "straight up" answer.

Oh these people are goooood, Kevin. You could take a picture of a pebble in a playground and at least three people would show up to tell you that you cheated because you moved it three feet to the east for better lighting.
i recognized the dead looking plant as one of the many downtown. I wasn’t sure which one it was though. Are they supposed to help ‘beautify’ the city? i personally find them unappealing and in the way.
