Where in Lincoln is this?

EDIT: This was a trick one, but I'm still surprised it went unsolved as much more difficult locations have been identified.
The actual location of this photo is very well known. It is the backside of the 19th and O St. Union Bank branch - the old rail building. Ha-ha! Have a good weekend all. 😊
