if I were in Lincoln right now I’d be gnashing and wailing…but since I’m in SW nowhere nebraska, we’ll just have rain.

I read this a long time ago, and it pretty much sums up how I feel about snow.
When I lived in California, snow was like magic- we would go up to mountains and visit the snow, play in it, and then return home to the nice 70 degree weather. I never imagined now brutal weeks of sub zero temperature was.
My goal is, two more winters here, then I’m off to a more temperate climate. Probably won’t happen, but I can dream.

Just make that snow be there over Christmas… otherwise this might be the first year that I never see snow! :(

As bedtime approaches, I realize that its necessary to break out the extra blankets and sweatpants/sweatshirt for the night. In other words…it has finally hit me that, yep, the long days of the summer of 2006 are gone.

Thats it im pissed… I moved south to San Antonio for the next 8 months and I am going to miss winter, yes I am serious I love the cold and the snow. It has been humid and 90 down here, even at night it doesn’t get that cold, it sucks. I would trade places with any of you.
