I need help interpreting this USPS package tracking information:

That is odd. I have never seen a blank space for present location before.

It could be sitting at the post office now and for some reason the delivery attempt has failed. Unfortunately, I have found that calling an actual USPS human being in your locality can be half the battle. Physically going to the post office and talking with someone might get you better results if you can spare the time.

or

It was tagged as suspicious and the delivery person will have a SWAT backup.
