I was thinking the same thing a few weeks ago when we had the first snow storm.  I’m surprised we’re only half-way through the budget, considering we’ve had two major snowstorms that we don’t normally get.  It makes you wonder what happens to all that money when we have one of those winters with fewer than 10 inches.
