If you've been looking for a new home in Lincoln, I have just the place for you. They're practically giving the thing away. And it's only 3/10 mile from the nearest Taco Bell! You can't afford to not give this place a look.

Wow. I didn’t know there were neighborhoods like that in Lincoln. That house is one of the smaller ones in the area.
A little research reveals that it is the property of James and Cindy Dager, who own (control?) Design Data located at 15th and Old Cheney.
I wonder how many times the owners of the home have actually eaten at Taco Bell. Somehow, I just can’t picture the family sitting in the fancy formal dining room with a bag of 99 cent burritos and nachos navidad and slurping on Mountain Dew out of a paper cup.

I would never own such a huge monster. Even it rich beyond my dreams…give me a little country acreage with a modest cottage on it with a wood burning stove and maybe solar shingles. Throw in a few good quarter horses and I would be set for life. Oh how a earn for the simple life. Lived without cable TV most of my life and would love nothing more to be even more off the grid. 😊
