I don’t see the option of ‘Stop these meaningless surveys and figure out how not to raise rates again’.
I think LES should finance farmers to build wind turbines on their land, along with a maintenance training program. Then, the farmer can pay them back in generated electricity, taking a profit on the excess power generated. LES’ cost of generating goes down, resulting in lower electricity bills for the consumer.
