For those of us who have spent hours and hours (and hours) performing the much lauded, romantic job of waiting tables, breaking news/word is in Houston that this restaurant is looking for employees.

Does this mean you will soon join the legions of people fleeing the office? It doesn’t say much about your current position that you would consider leaving it for a waiter job in Houston.

Well I wouldn’t mind waiting at Yao Ming’s restaurant for a few weekends if it meant big tips. But yes, I am preparing my departure from the office as we speak. In fact, i’ve been preparing for my departure for the past 2 years and 2 months. (sssshhhhhh!)
