For the Restaurateur in All of Us

For several years now I've thought that owning a restaurant or being a professional waiter would be fun (except for the crappy hours). I think that's why I so enjoyed Anthony Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential when I read it a while back. Well, yesterday I ran across some more great reading related to the restaurant biz: Waiter Rant, a blog by an anonymous professional waiter in New York. It's not just that he writes about his restaurant that interests me. He writes exceptionally well and the guy can really tell a story. Check it out, even if you're not a budding restaurateur.
