Breaking the Law

I spel gud. my grammer are neet. I try to uze the rite they're word when using teh wurd there, like i did rite their. Annoying as heck, isn't it? According to the feds, since I intended to annoy you and I posted this under a pseudonym, I've just broken the law:
Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Sweet.

You haven’t just broken the law; you’ve committed a federal felony!
This got through because it was attached to some “must pass” defense appropriation legislation. What the heck is “must pass” legislation? It seems like an excuse for congressfolk to avoid doing their job. Capitol Hill must be populated by cowards and scoundrels.
