That’s actually a picture of Neal and his sister. I sent this in as a joke, and I can’t believe they printed it. Funniest thing in the Journal Star, ever.

I think he’d look better with the cartoon afro that he always drew for Mayor Colleen. That would be a good look for him. Congrats.
