A Walk on 13th Street

Three happenings on 13th Street that I noticed today:
  1. There's now a Smart Chicken hot dog cart outside the Wells Fargo building. Chicken dog, anyone?
  2. The Douglas 3 has been fenced off. Its days are few.
  3. Quiznos is coming to the Chipotle/Cold Stone/Valentino's strip. I still wish Samurai Sam's would have taken that spot after Eminent Domaingate.

Good point about Samari Sam’s.  I would think a second location would do well ... maybe near Wesleyan where rent might be cheaper.

Agree with the point about Sam’s.
I hope this Quiznos isn’t another restaurant/thunderdome type of experience that has become a mini-trend recently. I believe prolonged exposure to excessive noise is considered inhuman treatment under a number of intl treaties.
