I’m guessing it’s a mistake in the listing. In the description it has a price of $725,000.00 which seems more reasonable.

I figured it was a mistake, too, but then I wondered if it was intentional. If you see a house in Lincoln listed for $69 million, aren’t you bound to look at it to see what the deal is? It could be marketing genius.
