Where in Lincoln is this?

At first I thought this was an easy one. Then, it was suggested to me that it may have been pretty difficult.
Identifying this location was contingent on being able to identify what exactly was depicted in the photo: Lemon grass. And in the background: ginger root.
Observant Lincoln grocery shoppers/foodie-types might know that there are very few places in town that stock fresh lemon grass regularly. In fact, the only place to my knowledge that regularly carries fresh lemon grass is Super Saver, and only at the North 27th location and occasionally at the 48th street store. This particular photo was taken at the Super Saver on North 27th. Identifying either of the locations would have been enough to earn yourself a win for this week, but apparently, this shot was just too difficult!
The quest for the pogocard continues.
