On O Street.
My first thought was on O Street too, but I had Mr. T down the road a few blocks. Here’s a different angle representing my guess.
O Street, Bricktop, next to the re-opened theater (I think I see a movie flyer)?
I thought this was the Joyo, but after seeing your guys’ comments, I’m probably mistaken…
That would explain why the car in the reflection appears to be angle parked, rather than parallel parked.
