Can’t quite make it out but the color reminds me of Big Sal’s. The letter’s don’t look quite right though.
The colors reminded me of the construction trucks here:

I’m 99% sure this is wrong, but when I first saw it, I thought of the Inn 4 Less out by the Airport. I don’t even know if that’s there anymore.
OK folks, I’m having a brain fart. Maybe y’all can take the next step and figure this out. There are (portions of) three letters in the photo. They are, from the top:
1. A, F, H, P, or R
2. A, F, P, or R
3. S
#1 and #2 are not the same letter.
Yes, it is south of O St.

I just checked with Mr. T and I’m correct. I won’t say the answer yet, though. This was a fun one to figure out.
Hint: One of the sets of letters above is correct. When you figure out which 3 letters are the right ones, you’ll instantly narrow down the list of candidate locations to just a few. Mr. T’s earlier clue that the location is south of ‘O’ Street also helps.
If you think you’ve figured it out, here’s a fun way to confirm it. Go to Google Images and type in
lincoln nebraska [your guess]
If you have the right place (and if you spell it correctly) one of the first 10 photos will confirm your guess.
It came to me out of the blue - I also was running those letter combos through my head. How do I mail you, Mr. T?
