Nuclear Power to the People

By: Mr. Wilson on April 17, 2006
I am a strong proponent of nuclear power as the best overall source of energy available. It's clean, it's cheap, it's sustainable. Surely Hell hath frozen over, for now even the founder of Greenpeace agrees with me:
Nuclear energy is the only large-scale, cost-effective energy source that can reduce these emissions while continuing to satisfy a growing demand for power. And these days it can do so safely.

The Post got taken.  Referring to Patrick Moore only by his previous credentials is almost like talking about David Horowitz as a former editor of Ramparts without mentioning what he does now.  Moore is now, at best, the founder of a consulting group that shills for mining, logging and energy companies, Greenspirit Strategies.

I personally have nothing against nuclear power but this op ed was likely paid for and should probably appear as such.
