I’ll take Germany, Italy, Portugal, and France.
The GER-ARG match is worthy of the final. I think whoever wins this match wins it all. Ukraine has ridden the luck of getting a weak group and a weak last-16 match, it’s going to come crashing down. England have been riding the luck of terrible play saved by a few set pieces. I wish Portugal were playing with Deco and Costinha, but I think they’ll prevail regardless. I want France to win for two reasons: 1) I’m growing tired of Brazil, and 2) I want to see Zidane continue playing. He’s one of the top 10 (5?) greats of all time, and the more we can continue to watch him, the more we can appreciate him. Regardless, I’ll be glued to the TV for 8+ hours between Friday and Saturday.

Yes! I believe Germany has been performing the best since the start of the tournament. I missed their first game but after seeing subsequent matches they seem to be almost unbeatable, especially compared to the way England and Brazil have been playing. Unfortunately I will miss both games today due to work, but tomorrow will be a heavenly experience of TV/World Cup/Vegetation.
