In one of the biggest draft shockers of all time, the Houston Texans agreed to terms with Mario Williams out of North Carolina St. instead of Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush out of USC. This could either be the greatest move in the history of the draft or a bigger blunder than picking Ryan Leaf. (many consider Ryan Leaf to be one of the biggest draft busts ever.)
