I told my lovely wife last weekend that the best situation would be exactly that. Tom as a CEO type with Pelini as CDO (Chief defensive officer) and Gill as COO (Chief offensive officer). I know you wouldn’t ever get all those egos under one roof but as long as we are wishing for the perfect fit.........
