Yes, THAT’s the Biggest Problem With the Food
The entire time I read about Taco Inn’s move to ditch trans fats I shook my head. Does anybody really think trans fats are the biggest problem with Taco Inn’s food, or with the restaurants in general? I enjoy the occasional trip to Taco Inn and, frankly, the type of fat attacking my body is one of the last things that worries me about eating there.

Taco Inn is one of the many places in Lincoln whose existence completely perplexes me.

I normally support the locally-owned restaurants, but I just haven’t quite found the attraction to Taco Inn.
I like the idea, the story and the concept, but I haven’t connected with the food. And the last time I went it was quite a bit more expensive than any of the other fast food restaurants in Lincoln.
I get the feeling I’m missing something, but I don’t know what it is.

when I want the simplest americanized mex food this place wins. It all comes down to the vat of cheese they give you.
I find them and taco bueno to be pert near identical.

Taco Inn and Taco Bueno identical? I beg to differ. I really do think that Taco Inn is a step above Taco Bueno. Some of their items are actually really good, like the deluxe nachos for example. I would much rather have a Taco Inn close by than a Taco Bueno.
