Where in Lincoln is this?

I thought this was an easy one! It was the official milestone of Lincoln landmark, smack dab in the intersection of 10th and O st. outside the old city hall building. The pogocard remains unclaimed again!

Moses, good idea, but the execution would have been poor since I’m in a meeting all day tomorrow. Mr. Wilson knew where it was but I believe he is out of town tomorrow as well. Maybe another time!
Headed to Danny’s DT Deli yesterday and saw that ox on the entrance to the little park outside the old courthouse.
