Where in Lincoln is this?

By: Mr. T on April 19, 2010
image image It was indeed the mini-strip mall store front attached to Super Saver on North 27th with China Inn, Mr. Goodcents, and US Cellular. Good going Jeff R! This means that if Jeff R is the first to correctly guess next week's photo, we will get him a pogocard.

Is it the US Cellular on 27th & Cornhusker, by SuperSaver and China Inn?

I think you are correct.

It seems weird that I can tell the business simply by looking at the font on the sign. Advertising is surprisingly effective.

Yep, that’s what did it.  Doesn’t matter that the sign appears to be in Spanish - that font that they use in their advertising is very distinguishable.

That is what did it for me, too. I can’t understand US Cellular. I don’t care for their ads, but they advertise a ton. Yet, I really don’t think I know anyone that uses them for cell service. Do you?

We use US Cellular for our personal phones and my employer uses it for my work phone. I’ve been really quite satisfied with both. They have a very basic plan that gets us enough minutes to more than cover us, plus free long distance and no roaming. Their coverage seems to be excellent. I can only recall a time or two in some very rural areas where we’ve had any issue at all.
