EDIT: I thought this one might have been easy, but apparently not. It was Vina Plaza on North 27th, or more specifically, across the street at the Oriental Market. The quest for the Pogo shall continue!
Note: I'm posting the solution relatively early this week. As I'm in the process of moving, I'm not sure when I will next have access to the interwebs. Enjoy the spring weather all!
