Where in Lincoln is this?

image Who would have known that a Chicago dog could be so recognizable? It was indeed Frank and Simon's out on West O. st. near the Sun Mart. image Shortly after taking this photo, a handful of people entered, and it seemed to me that pretty much everyone ordered a Chicago dog, or one of several other hot dogs available. The Chicago dog was very tasty: a quarter pound beef dog with fresh tomato and dill pickle slices, onions, relish, sports peppers, and celery salt on a poppy seed bun (I ordered it sans mustard). I'm not sure how many other places in town have Chicago dogs on their menu (Sonic doesn't count), but this one really hit the spot. image Frank and Simon's also has a "double dog" challenge which earns you a photo on the wall. Realistically, I was pretty hungry when I came and probably could have finished two but opted not to. One maniac has actually had five of these in one sitting. Someone call Man vs Food! In anycase, good going Fletch for correctly identifying the photo! This means that if Fletch is first to guess next week's photo, we will either get him a pogocard, or force him to eat at least three of these huge hot dogs.

Is Frank and Simon’s still open? Last couple of times I was out that way, I swung through the parking lot, and the place was dark.

I was there about 2 weeks ago.  They’re only open until 2:30 and closed on Sundays.
