Where in Lincoln is this?

It was indeed Belmont Elementary School up in the northwestern part of Lincoln. Specifically, it was the "big boulder" on the corner of 14th and Manatt with the school in the distance. Right on Kimberly!
This means that if Kimberly is the first to correctly guess next week's photo, we will get her a pogocard.
