Just a furlong or two from my abode it is.

Mr. T says Correct sir! It is in May 12, 2008 at 8:39am

Correct sir! It is in the 2nd and F cul de sac, a stone’s throw from Salt Creek and its accompanying trail.

I had a feeling that either of you two might know this one easily, now I know why. If you have any information on the background, feel free to weigh in.

fox says Dang! Wish I had noticed May 13, 2008 at 9:39am

Dang! Wish I had noticed this post earlier, I rode by this all the time back when I was using the Salt Creek sand bur, err I mean, bike trail.

beerorkid says The Salt Creek Levee trail May 13, 2008 at 9:42am

The Salt Creek Levee trail is horrible.  I have a bike with slime tubes to run the dog on it.  I always end up with bunches of goathead thorns.

They really cannot do anything about it though.  It was not built with the propper barrier and they are not allowed to spray since it is next to the creek.
