With a child attending Arnold, I have mixed feelings about the school not being finished. They (the teachers/staff) are doing the best with what they have and I commend them for that, as it has been difficult for them, but it’s disappointing to see all the other schools that were finished… and then to see Arnold so far behind, Bowling lake without water (again) and seeing the same potholes repatched for the 20th time in a year because they refuse to do it correctly.. I guess we should have known that the school wouldn’t be top priority.
