2. The seriously confused bike lanes downtown? I’m was slaloming down 14th Street the other day trying to stay out of the bike lane, avoid being in the right-turn-only lane and avoiding a truck double parked in the only remaining open lane.

Oops, sorry to leave you hanging! Here are a couple hints:
4. Encircled. (You’re going to say that’s not much of a hint, but I’m having a hard time coming up with another hint that isn’t a dead giveaway.)
8. Amphibious? (The question marks might be throwing you off. Don’t think too hard; this one is actually pretty easy.)
Additionally, I never did mention the name of #5. It’s Solar Semaphore.
