It depends-the city will trim things adjacent to their wire, and have an online submission thingy about their tree trimming program, but someone offering to trim your trees? IF they have a card, web presence, and can confirm that they are insured, why not?
Once you see the price, my advice is to not argue with a man holding a chainsaw. I’ve been to the movies, I know what can happen…
