Matinee adult tickets are 7.00 for everyone. Military still gets the discount for evening shows. Military doesn’t pay extra for matinee, their website is just poorly laid out.

As a theatre employee, I just want to assure you that we do NOT charge more for military matinee tickets.  The option doesn’t even show up on our ticket screens.  The military discount only applies to evening shows, which we would tell anyone presenting a military ID during matinee hours.  It seems that portion of the website lists the prices incorrectly.  I will have my general manager point it out to our web team and get it corrected.

Oh I know Marcus doesn’t really charge them extra. If they did, Marcus would have been embroiled in a Category 5 Shitstorm a long time ago. This is clearly a case of bad data entry.

Also pass on to your GM that I contacted @Marcus_Theatres on Twitter but heard no reply. That’s +1 for being hip enough to be on Twitter, but -2 for failing to reply to a legitimate issue.

Hmmm…probably a division of their PR dept. Ill have her pass that on.
