That Refill Will Cost You

Which restaurants in Lincoln charge for pop refills? I can only think of two off the top of my head:
  • Yia Yia's
  • The Downtown Oso location (not the one on 70th & Van Dorn)

Charging for refills should be a crime punishable by imprisonment.

Pop is already about 90% profit. If you can’t afford refills, raise your prices by 25 cents and that should do it. I remember a few places that used to charge 25 cents for refills, and that makes me mad too.

If I remember correctly:
Greg’s Drive-In on Cotner
Danny’s Downtown Deli

I think Egg Roll King charges a quarter.

I rarely drink a second glass. Pretty much every restaurant in town charges for beer refills.

The outrageous prices places put on soda is driving me away from ordering it. Probably not a bad thing in the long run.

Wanna fill up a restaurant? Sell an $10 bottomless beer…two hour limit… Would it be profitable?? I don’t know, but I would buy it cause it “sounds” like a good deal!
