When you couple this with the city buying/selling debacle at 48th and O (North side), it becomes clear they shouldn’t dabble in issues that could be better handled by the private sector. I know their hands were forced with the “triplets”, but why sell for so much under value?

I never did quite understand what the big deal about those houses was. I guess I’m just not architecturally inclined… (I can’t believe I spelled architecturally right on the first try!)
