Would anybody care to defend the Lancaster County Board right now, given how badly they've mangled Lancaster Manor? Is there any reason not to fire every single Board member come the next election?

The person who took over running the manor, and was hand picked, didn’t know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid. How exactly do you get a job when you don’t know the most MINOR of essential details? Truly for that facility the most important job characteristic is competency, along with that they need a strong dose of compassion.
