Ready to escape Lincoln? Delta has two new flights for you from the Lincoln Airport, one to Atlanta and one to Salt Lake City.
I’m not sure I have ever flown on Delta. How are their flights these days?

It’s been a few years since I’ve flown Delta. They were fine then; got there and back in one piece. The flights in and out of LNK will be on their regional carriers, though not sure which ones. So it will be a little hard to judge based on that alone.
There’s no way they can be as bad as U.S. Airways. Had the misfortune to fly U.S. Air from Denver to Phoenix in January. They charged for everything, including H2O, which I believe they’ve now rescinded. In retrospect, I guess they weren’t as bad as Aloha Air, which I flew from Orange County to Reno about a year ago. Just plain nasty. Operations ceased not long after that trip.

Did you hear about the new “fee on a fee” that US Airways just put in place? I just got off one of their planes on Monday morning at like 1 AM. Enjoy!

BTW, does anyone know if the Lincoln Fliers Club still exists? I still have my card, but haven’t had enough lead time lately to check and see if it works.
