Star Tran is offering free rides (PDF) this Saturday as part of a National Transportation Week promotion. In addition, Star Tran is running a prize drawing throughout the week. You can enter on any bus.

Sweet, that means I can waste one to two hours attempting to get from my place to Gateway/Westgate/whatever it is being called this week mall… Public Transportation at its worst!

You would never guess that it takes forever to get anywhere using StarTran by the way the drivers run red lights.
